Congrats lady. I have to be honest, we came super super super close to building Rome. That master suite is INSANE and it had my dream of second floor laundry. The deal breaker was that we couldn't get a 3 car garage. I always wondered if we built Rome would we have gotten the morning room because the house is about 3000 sq feet without it.
Can't wait to see it come together. And welcome to the blog family.
Congratulations! I found your blog yesterday and think it's pretty neat that we're building Romes at the same time. They are working on the foundation of house now. Looking forward to your posts.
Thanks everyone!!!! Hubby and I are super excited now. We celebrated by going to Lowes and purchasing faux wood blinds for 5 windows...man their expensive!
@Steve...that's pretty cool! I love the layout of that model. I almost closed off the formal living room and dining room space until I viewed the tour they have online. In the model we walked through it was not decorated, it was a ryan podium with the layout of available lots in that community.
wooooooooooohooooooooooooooo!!
