Thanks. We wanted to get as flat as possible. The orginal lot we picked had a hill in the back. Not really crazy about backing up to another home BUT after last nights storm and seeing all the trees uprooted all over the place i'm glad we picked this one. Plus it's right across from the pool and the playground. Did you guys have a lot of trees pulled up last night?
Also just want to warn you... had all my wisdom teeth pulled in emergency surgery today so please excuse me if I write something goofy...lol
